Mr Ackland is a qualified metalurgist and has spent over 30 years in the resources industry in a variety of roles that involved the creation of major resource groups from small capital bases. He brings to the company a very strong background in project development at a time when the company’s overseas projects are entering the crucial development phase. His experience embraces a range from project development through financing and capital raising in both the project and corporate areas.

Martin has prime responsibility for the project implementation and engineering aspects of the company's projects. He is also a director of Lodestone Exploration Limited, an Australian listed explorer.
